Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.
However, we understand that plans can change, and we offer the following options:

Transferring Your Deposit: If you need to cancel, you may transfer your deposit to a future booking with us. This new booking must be made within one year of your original cancellation date.

Full Refund Consideration: A full refund of your deposit may be issued if we successfully re-book your cancelled dates with another customer. This refund will be processed after the new booking has been confirmed and paid in full.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Bochym Pasture Pitches
are available to anyone with a Caravan or Motorhome
(sorry no tents)

Caravan or Motorhome pitch includes

16 amp hook-ups Metered @0.25 per kWh
Your own water point. Your own grey water waste point with tap.
Chemical emptying point on all of the Bochym Pasture pitches
WiFi (around 40 Mbps).
Awning or Porch Awning.
Dog - Cat

Large dog walk
Two Adults + children.
Extra Adult £5 per night (adult 18+).
Hardstandings on pitches 1 - 5 (Caravan & Motorhome members only)
Reinforced Grass pitch and roads on all of the Bochym Pasture

Bochym Pasture open May - October
Deposit are 35% of the total cost
Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
