1. Finding Your PIN

  •  Email: We will send a unique PIN directly to your email on your day of arrival.at 12pm
  • At Your Pitch: Your PIN is also printed directly on your physical hook-up point, along with a QR code for quick scanning
  • Access the Portal: Scan the QR code at your pitch or visit

anytime after 12:00 PM on your arrival day.


Confirm you are on the correct pitch


Enter your name and phone number to get updates on your usage




Enter your arrival Date & Departure Date





Click Continue to confirm the details you have entered,

Save the booking reference so you can log back in to your account
(if you miss this let me know and I will send the reference)







Click continue button to take you to your account




Click top up your account



Choose the amount you would like to credit your account with, our average is
£2 to £3 per night 
Click pay with Stripe


Please note it can take 2 to 3 minutes for the hook-up to go live

If you are staying on the Pasture site please make sure you have reset the trip switch
